Tips for filling out your line of credit application

1) Make sure you have completed the application form in its entirety. Submitting a partial application may result in a decline or delay for financing.

2) If you have not been at your present address for more than three years, fill in the previous address section.

3) After your application has been decisioned, document your reference number.

4) If self-employed, please list the company name.

What’s the next step?

Approval: Contact Enhance and let us know the name and phone number of the doctor’s office where your procedure will be done. A representative from Enhance will contact the doctor’s office on your behalf and let them know the details.

OR

If your doctor referred you to Enhance then contact your doctor’s office and let them know that you have been approved for a medical line of credit through Enhance and have them call us directly.

Decline: Unfortunately, there are instances when applications are declined. You will receive a letter from the lender explaining the reason within 7 to10 business days.
